Users may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

When you use these services, we may receive information that the relevant provider makes available to us, subject to your selections, permissions, and the provider’s privacy practices.

On supported Apple devices, Face ID may be available as part of Apple’s authentication or device-security mechanisms.

THE WEARS ON does not intentionally collect or store your Face ID biometric data. Biometric authentication is handled by the relevant Apple system, subject to its technical operation and configuration.

1.5 Premium Subscriptions and Payment Information

THE WEARS ON offers Premium subscription features through its iOS mobile application. Additional terms for Premium are set out in our Terms of Use.

Subscriptions and related in-app payment transactions are processed through Apple’s App Store payment infrastructure using StoreKit.

We do not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details through our own payment infrastructure.

Apple may process payment and subscription information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

THE WEARS ON may process information necessary to determine subscription status, manage access to Premium features, and provide subscription-related functionality.

When you are signed in, we may record that you opened the iOS application on a given day and how long the application remained in the foreground during that day. This is first-party usage information used to operate and improve THE WEARS ON. It is not advertising tracking, and it is not used to follow you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Authorized THE WEARS ON staff may review aggregate daily figures, such as how many signed-in members opened the application and the total foreground time for that day. We do not sell this information.

Usage-day records are kept for a limited period and are deleted with your account.

The specific usage information collected depends on the analytics and other technical services implemented in the application.

1.8 Information Collected Through Third-Party Services

Certain information may be processed by third-party providers that support authentication, application infrastructure, database operations, file storage, diagnostics, or other application functionality.

Supabase

THE WEARS ON uses Supabase to support database operations and the storage of files and images associated with the Service.

Firebase

Apple processes in-app purchases and subscription transactions for the iOS application.

Premium Subscriptions and Free Trials

THE WEARS ON may offer a Premium subscription with a seven-day free trial, subject to applicable offer terms and eligibility requirements.

Premium subscriptions are available through the iOS application and are processed by Apple using StoreKit.

4.1 Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a seven-day Premium trial.

The applicable trial duration, eligibility conditions, renewal terms, and billing information are presented through Apple’s subscription purchase interface.

Where applicable, users may receive an email reminder approximately one day before the free-trial period ends.

The delivery of this reminder may depend on the availability of a valid email address, the applicable notification settings, and successful email delivery.

This reminder does not replace Apple’s subscription terms or any cancellation requirements applicable to the subscription.

4.2 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed during purchase unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription management process.

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting, freezing, or deactivating a THE WEARS ON account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

Users who wish to prevent future subscription renewals must separately cancel their subscription through Apple’s subscription management system.

Any refunds or billing adjustments are subject to Apple’s applicable policies and terms.

Content From Third Parties

THE WEARS ON may display photographs, product images, brand names, trademarks, logos, and other materials belonging to third parties.

Such content may be presented for editorial, archival, informational, or fashion-related purposes.

THE WEARS ON does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property unless explicitly stated.

The appearance of a brand, artist, designer, photographer, or other third party on the Service does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation with THE WEARS ON.

Account Freezing, Deactivation, and Deletion

THE WEARS ON distinguishes between temporarily freezing or deactivating an account and permanently deleting an account.

8.1 Account Freezing and Deactivation

Users may freeze or deactivate their accounts through the account-management functionality available in the application.

Freezing or deactivating an account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription.

If a user has an active subscription, billing may continue according to the subscription terms until the subscription is canceled through Apple’s subscription management system.

Users who wish to stop future subscription renewals must separately cancel their subscription through their Apple Account subscription settings.

8.2 Permanent Account Deletion

Users may request permanent deletion of their THE WEARS ON accounts through the account-deletion functionality provided in the application.

Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information in accordance with applicable law and our data-retention obligations. This includes usage-day records associated with the account.

Certain information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

8.3 Subscription Status After Account Deletion

Deleting a THE WEARS ON account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription.

Users must separately cancel their subscription through Apple’s subscription management settings to prevent future renewals.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes.

Deleting an account does not automatically terminate an existing subscription or guarantee a refund for previous payments.

Users should review their Apple Account subscription settings to confirm that their subscription has been canceled.

THE WEARS ON is not intended for children below the minimum age required to use the Service under applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
